Adfinery respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Adfinery infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification and the location (URL) of the material you claim infringes; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

2. Designated agent

DMCA Designated Agent: [Agent name] — dmca@adfinery.com — [Registered business address]. (Owner action: register this agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and renew every three years to maintain safe-harbor protection.)

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the statements required by the DMCA to the same agent.

4. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Submitting a false claim may expose you to liability.
