Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026  ·  Effective date: September 11, 2026  ·  Version 1.0

This version supersedes all prior versions.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do with Adfinery and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension or termination without refund, and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.

Prohibited content & conduct

You must not create, upload, generate, or distribute:

  • Illegal, deceptive, or misleading advertising, or false or unsubstantiated product claims. You are the advertiser and are responsible for the truth and legality of every claim you make.
  • Content that infringes another party's trademark, trade dress, copyright, or patent, including uploading logos, photos, or products you do not have the right to use.
  • Any real person's name, image, voice, or likeness without their rights or consent — including celebrities and the presenter/avatar feature — or deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, defamatory content, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Adult or sexual content; any content that sexualizes minors (zero tolerance — such content will be reported); or hateful, harassing, violent, or discriminatory content.
  • Claims for regulated products or services (health, medical, supplements, financial, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, crypto) unless you hold the required substantiation, licences, and disclosures.
  • Political or election advertising or synthetic media of public figures in violation of applicable disclosure laws.
  • Malware, or attempts to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the models, circumvent credit or usage limits, or resell access.

Enforcement & reporting

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. To report a violation or misuse, or to request removal of your likeness, contact abuse@adfinery.com.
