Adfinery is an AI tool. This disclaimer explains what that means for the content you create and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Content is AI-generated

The images, banners, and videos (including presenter and avatar videos) you create are generated by artificial-intelligence models operated by Google and fal.ai. They may be inaccurate, may unintentionally resemble real people or existing works, and are not reviewed by us for legal clearance or factual accuracy.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and clearing all rights — including trademarks, copyrights, and any person's likeness — before you publish or run any advertisement. You are the advertiser and are responsible for compliance with advertising, consumer-protection, and disclosure laws in every market where you use the content.

3. AI-disclosure laws

Some jurisdictions (for example under the EU AI Act and certain U.S. state laws) require that AI-generated or synthetic media be disclosed as such. Where required, you must label your content as AI-generated. We may attach provenance markers to Outputs to support this.

4. No professional advice

Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such.
